The Agence Marocaine pour l'Efficacite Energetique (AMEE) drives energy efficiency programs across Morocco's building sector. The Reglement Thermique de Construction au Maroc (RTCM) establishes minimum thermal performance requirements for new buildings, creating a regulatory baseline that ISG builds upon with international certification targets.

LEED certification is gaining traction in Morocco's commercial real estate market, particularly in Casablanca's financial district and Rabat's government quarter. The subsequent National Sustainable Development Strategy provides a framework for building-sector decarbonization, while Morocco's NDC (Nationally Determined Contribution) under the Paris Agreement commits to significant emissions reduction across all sectors including construction.
