For Building Design and Construction (BD+C) projects, this includes credits such as EAc1: Electrification, EAc3: Enhanced Energy Efficiency, EAc4: Renewable Energy, and MRc2: Reduce Embodied Carbon. Similarly, Interior Design and Construction (ID+C) and Operations and Maintenance (O+M) projects have their own set of decarbonization credits to fulfill.
